VSÉVOLOD MYMRIN – Russian scientist. Member of Nobel Prize winner team in Physics for Discovery of Laser Beams (1964). Doctor of Sciences (D. Sc.), Ph. D in Engineering Geology and Environment, M.Sc. in Cristal-chemistry in Federal University of Lomonosow, Moscow (MGU). Was a visiting researcher in Canada (Waterloo University), Spain (CENIM CSIC), Poland (Warsaw University), India (IIT), Afghanistan (Polytechnic Institute), now in Brazil (UFPR). He was a Member of Russia Government Commission of International Concurs of technological projects of industrial wastes treatment; President of Soil Stabilization Committee of Russian Academy of Sciences (RAN); Vice-President of Section "Complex Problems in Construction" of Russian Academy of Natural de Sciences (RAEN);
Director of the Project and President of International Symposium UNO (UNEP)-USSR "Metallurgical Slag- Thermoelectrically Ash and Environment";
Chief of four Laboratories of People Friendship University, Moscow; Professor e Chief of laboratories of Polytechnic Institute de Kabul, Afghanistan; Member of Minerals, Metals e Materials.
